Lucy, who set up the business from her own kitchen believed there was a way of transforming simple, fresh and local ingredients into something a little more exciting. Lucy felt no one was bringing out exciting flavours or suggesting that dressings weren't simply for salads. So, she got to work sourcing local ingredients and making dressings the way she'd always liked. They've gone from creations she would take to dinner parties in jam jars to being praised by the likes of The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Sheerluxe, Women's Health and Stylist, to name a few! It's not only us who thinks our dressings taste delicious, we've also been lucky enough to win 11 Great taste awards along the way. Here at Lucy's, we always make sure fabulous flavour is our priority. We have also made sure our packaging is eco conscious and we are always looking for other ways to make sure our brand is planet friendly. We also offer a range of vegan dressings and mayonnaises with sustainability in mind.
