The ZP1 Rope handles are ergonomically designed for comfort and grip while their aluminium build make them lightweight and durable. The ZP1 handle is fitted with 360 degree high speed bearings providing a smooth rotation even at high speed. 
The ZP1 rope is 3m long and fully adjustable, allowing you to shorten the rope to fit any size of exerciser, making this ideal for anyone. The rope cable has a 2.8mm diameter making this skipping rope more durable. Finished with bright red cable coating for improved peripheral visibility. 
The ZP1 rope has an adjustable allen key which is secured in the base of the handle allowing it to be stored safely while also close to hand.
